The Sand Pebbles

Remember the other day I posted snow nose photos? Now we have sand noses. We went to the beach today in the rain/mist/fog that was dusting the landscape and it was fabulous fun. I looked for rocks while the dogs ran around like children after a pixie stick raid. Sometimes they'd stop to say hi before rushing off to do more damage to seaweed, driftwood and various other gifts from the ocean.

I like how Raimi's head appears ballooned like one of those bobble head dogs you get for your dashboard. Don't you just want to plant a big kiss on that sweet empty noggin? This is his very best adoring gaze ... melts my heart every time.
Archer had less sand stuck to his schnoz but did his impression of an 'innocent' face. I just don't fall for it. He's got shifty eyes because he's squinting - although he usually has shifty eyes anyway.
Leeloo falls into the bobble head category also. Her big soft browns are actually a lure, kind of like this angler fish but without the terrifying death part. Although, the object for Leeloo, as with the angler, is aquiring food so the analogy is not far off. Just don't look into her eyes for too long ... you are getting sleeeeeeeepppppppppeeeeee ...
