Leeloo wins another point today and adds to her total with 4 points now toward her championship. She will be at the Pictou County show this coming weekend but is the only class bitch entered so she'd have to beat a specials bitch to get any points. It's been done but the other bitch is quite a bit more mature than Leeloo and looks it! A judge who is a stickler for a big side gait *might* give Leeloo a breed win but that is a slim possibility at best since we all know that ballerina Leeloo is not exactly proportional at this point - and hasn't been for months!
I drove down to Halifax with my parents and after the show we went to look at a 34 foot A Class motorhome that they put a deposit on. It looks like it could easily accommodate about a dozen Pulis and 4 Ridgebacks for some road trip shows! Although I think in the end I'll opt to drive myself and the Ridgebacks in my truck and ride the wave of the motorhome since the Ridgebacks take up so much room and packing crates for them is not very economical space-wise. Plus it means when you are on the show grounds you have the option to drive out and pick up supplies etc since a motorhome set up at a show is camped in for the whole weekend.
Looking forward to hitting the road next year - hopefully some US shows are in the cards so I can get a couple majors on Leeloo, Archer and possibly finish the Boy.
